The Hospitality Women’s Innovation Council is a pioneering group of women executives leading transformative change in the hotel industry. Our collective brings together leaders from major hotel brands, innovators in tech, and forward-thinking organizations. We use collaboration as a tool to address longstanding issues like inequity, career stagnation, and discrimination.
We exist to advance women and underrepresented communities in hospitality through collaboration and innovation. Our mission is to foster career growth at every level—especially at the C-suite and board. We prioritize using technology to combat industry challenges like human trafficking and wage inequity.
